Internal Sales / Warehouse

Scott Electrical are looking for a customer-focused and organised Internal Sales / Warehouse team member to join our Auckland City branch in this hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the trade counter and respond to phone and email enquiries.
• Prepare accurate quotes, process sales orders, credits, and returns.
• Recommend suitable products and identify upselling opportunities.
• Check stock availability, backorders, and delivery timeframes.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team on order fulfilment and customer pickups.
• Help maintain a tidy, well-stocked, and well-presented branch environment.
• Support stock control activities including cycle counts and stocktakes as required.
• Follow health and safety procedures and company policies at all times.

About You

• Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or a similar branch-based role.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service.
• Good attention to detail and confidence working with orders, quotes, and systems.
• The ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment.
• A positive team attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
• Electrical wholesale, trade, or product knowledge is an advantage, but not essential.
