Refund policy
RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
Goods may be returned for credit only if we have agreed in writing to such return and only if the Goods are returned at your expense to the store from where they were purchased in original condition and packaging together with a copy of the original packing slip or invoice, within 10 days after delivery. If the Goods were procured especially for you or were cut to length for you, then it is unlikely we will agree to them being returned. If we agree to Goods being retuned for credit, we may charge you a restocking fee of up to 25% of the price of the Goods.
You may not vary or cancel an order for Goods, wholly or partly, without our written consent. As a condition of giving our consent, we may require reimbursement of any costs incurred by us in connection with the variation or cancelation.
We may cancel or suspend an order for Goods that has been accepted by us, wholly or partly, and without liability to you if fulfilling the order becomes impractical or uneconomic due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
